1. 견적 요청시 Vendor에게 지침서와 함께 Specification & Engineering Notes를 송부할 때

We are pleased to invite you to the bid for supply of equipment material, and services specified hereinafter. It is required that bidder’s quotation shall be submitted in strict compliance with the following;
A) Instruction to Bidders (ITB)
B) Engineering notes
C) Technical specification

Bidder should be specifically advised that quotation must be received by OOO Engineering & Construction Ltd. Not later than _____________.
Bidder’s Quotation shall be provided withall data and/or information as required herein ITB, Engineering notes & technical specification.
Bidder who fails to comply with the bid requirement shall be deemed as disqualified for this bid. All the information contained in those inquiry shall be considered as proprietary and confidential and shall be treated accordingly.

This inquiry is for the supply of ____________, which is detailed in the said inquiry documents, for __________ project located in ______________.

2. Proposal 기한 연장 통보할때

We hereby notify you that the time for submission of proposal is extended and the proposals must be delivered to the Authority by courier service between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 am local time on or before ____________.


해석 : 당사는 견적제출 일자가 연장됨을 귀사에 통보하며 _______또는 그 이전 날짜에, 그리고 오전 9시부터 12시 사이에 책임자에게 courier service로 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.


◈ Request of Vendor P/Q Material

 

 

1. 승인되지 않은 Vendor로 부터 구매하기 위하여 Vendor PQ자료를 요구할 때

Thanks to your quotation dated __________, we would like to request you to submit us your full / complete comprehensive technical back up data, experience and etc. as much as possible and in detail by courier service to get approval from client to purchase your product.

Your complete back up data is very important, for us to get our client’s approval at one time. If our client disapprove your product once, the change to get approval will surely be narrow.

Considering the importance of the back up data, you can take sufficient time to make complete back up data, but please inform us submission schedule by return fax. _____________ copies of back up data are required.
