8. 견적검토 결과 자료요청 및 추가 Clarification

We hereby notify you of the following revisions and clarifications respect to _____________ Project Tender Documents.

Certain of these items are in response to questions received from.

All capitalized terms used in any supplemental information statement and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings assigned to them in Tender Documents.

In addition, enclosed for your information is the protocol of final clarification.

In addition, one Tenderer submitted a document containing additional questions which were not answered during the meeting.

Vendor is requested to propose additional consideration where necessary


해석 : ________프로젝트 입찰서류와 관련, 금번 당사는 아래와 같은 수정(revisions) 과 해명 (clarifications) 을
귀사에 알려드립니다.

이 아이템들 중 일부는 ___________ 로 부터 접수한 질문에 대한 답변입니다.

모든 추가자료에 대문자로 표기되어 있으며 달리 정의되지 않은 모든 용어는 입찰안내서에 적용된 바의 의미를
가집니다.

추가로, 최종 해명(final clarification) 문서를 귀사의 자료용으로 첨부합니다.

추가로, 한 입찰사가 회의 중에 답변이 되지않은 추가질문이 들어있는 포함한 서류를 제출했습니다.

Vendor는 추가 고려 사항들에 대하여 견적하여주시기 바랍니다.


9. 가격 또는 Client’s Special Request에 의하여 견적검토 결과에 대한 새로운 System 구성과 수정된
자료를 요청할 때

We hereby would like to ask vendor to investigate the possibility of providing new facility and schematic considering cost and easy maintenance.

Essential point of new system is the followings;
- Any previous experience
- Power requirement
- Provision of complete configuration
Shall be provided for our review.

Vendor is requested to propose additional consideration where necessary.


해석 : 당사는 가격과 쉬운 유지보수를 고려한 새로운 설비와 설계의 제공 가능성을 조사해 주실 것을 vendor에
요청하는 바입니다.

새로운 시스템의 필수요소는 아래와 같습니다;
- 과거의 여하한의 경험
- 전력 요구치
- 완전한 구성을 갖춘 설비
가 당사의 검토를 위하여 제공 되어져야 합니다.

당사는 필요한 경우에 추가 고려사항을 제시할 것을 vendor에 요구하는 바입니다.


10. 견적검토시 추가로 자료 요청할 때

11. 제출한 자료상의 Conflicts에 대하여 Revision후 재 제출

The discrepancy between ____________ and _____________.
Please resubmit the drawings and documents when the consistency with the other system has been achieved. Your keen attention will prevent any confusion and further delay.

12. 자료상의Conflict에 대하여 재발방지를 요구 하고자 할 때
