1. Clarification 요청 사항에 대한 승인

2. Clarification에 대한 승인 및 다른 자료에 대하여 Comment가 없음을 알릴 때

We are in agreement with your interpretation of the mentioned system to be used in package. And we have no further comment on the above document.

해석 : 당사는 패키지에 사용되는 상기의 시스템에 대한 귀사의 해석에 동의합니다. 그리고 당사는 상기의 서류에 대하여 더 이상의 comment가 없습니다.


3. Vendor Proposal에 대한 승인 통보할 때

Regarding your letter No._______________ subjected __________ dated on ____________, we have no objection to your proposal to use _________ with the condition as described below;

Our acceptance on above shall not relieve vendor from your contractual obligation.
Please proceed with manufacturing immediately to prevent any further delay.

4. Vendor의 Changed Proposal을 인정 하면서 Schedule 독려할 때

The proposed change is technically acceptable based on the reason mentioned in above letter.

Vendor is further reminded that the delivery schedule for this package is very critical and appropriate monitoring shall be carried out diligently

해석 : 제안된 change는 상기의 letter에 언급된 이유에 근거하여 기술적으로 승인 할 수 있습니다.

이 패키지의 납기는 매우 중요하며 적절한 감시가 부지런히 행해져야 한다는 것을 vendor에 다시 말씀 드립니다.
